This is a great treat that can include protein and is very flexible. It is super delicious and filling, and will have you wanting more and more! You can have it as a smoothie on it's own, or add the top part for a parfait. You could also layer the smoothie in between greek yoghurt, fruit and muesli!
Ingredients
- cup of frozen mango
- 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (add more or less for desire consistency)
- small pinch of raspberries
Top with muesli, greek yoghurt and fruit :)
