This isn't necessarily a weight loss challenge or even a challenge to make huge progress. What this challenge is really about is taking those first few steps into building a healthier life for yourself- as i always say, there is no such thing as a quick fix! you're going to have to make this long term if you want to succeed and live a healthy AND happy life.
