I revealed the November calendar this week and i'm so happy to see so many of you joining in already. I thought i would just do a little post in depth about this weeks challenge- Picture Week.

Challenge breakdown:
All you have to do is take pictures of your healthy lifestyle.
So your meals, drinks, water intake, workouts, workout outfits, activities and SO ON!
Anything you think adds to your healthy lifestyle, even if it's just a picture of you relaxing...that counts! Relaxing here and there is healthy for both your body and mind!
This should help you review yourself. Are you really being as healthy as you could be? or are you being too strict? plus- its a great way to keep yourself in check. If you know you're going to take a picture of your meal, you're more likely to make it as healthy and nice looking as possible.
