Catching Fire Workout

It's no secret that I am a HUGE fan of The Hunger Games trilogy and the film adaptations! I got so excited about the release of Catching Fire I decided to make the perfect workout for training future Hunger Games Victors! 


I put in a lot of passion into the workout video... so much so that it turned into a mini film(haha), so i thought i'd just do a simple breakdown of the workout here so that you can print it out or check it for reference later...but first, make sure you watch the video!!!: 



The Catching Fire Workout Breakdown: 

Do each move for 30 seconds with only a few seconds break in between, 3 TIMES THROUGH!

1. Burpees


Jump straight up
Get down and either just plank or add
a push up like me to make it more intense






And repeat until the 30 seconds are up...

2. Power Jumps

Squat low and power through to a jump
Slap your knees at the top but make sure
your hands are high so you jump higher!






And repeat until the 30 seconds are up...


3. Switch Kicks
Start off standing with your arms up
Drive your leg up and your elbows in, then
switch straight away to kick with the other leg.






And repeat until the 30 seconds are up...

4. Jabs

Squat low and jab forwards!
Guard your face with the other hand as you jab forward,
KEEP YOUR CORE TIGHT!









And repeat until the 30 seconds are up...


GO THROUGH THE WORKOUT 3 TIMES AND THEN YOU'RE DONE! 
YOU WILL BE A VICTOR!
