I decided to post my favourite recipe for a protein shake, when I only have vanilla protein! I normally always use chocolate, but at home I only have vanilla here is my favourite protein shake recipe!
Vanilla Berry Delight
Ingredients
- Handful of frozen mixed berries
- A small apple cut up
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Mix all ingredients in the blender until smooth and enjoy! You can alter this recipe by replacing the water with almond milk and the ice with greek yoghurt to create a smoother, thicker shake :)
