We need to stop obsessing over the scales! How can we let one little number determine whether we will feel proud or guilty that day? Your weight can fluctuate up to two kilograms a day (morning - night), and you should never base your health and fitness on this number. Instead of being worried about how much you weigh, focus on what your body looks like, and your body fat percentage. One of my biggest inspirations is definitely Sophie Guidolin. She is a mother and an international fitness model, and shows that anyone can achieve an amazing body if they are willing to put in the hard yards. She recently uploaded a photo on her Facebook Page - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sophie-Guidolin/ - that I really think is a great example of how you should focus on how your body looks, not how much you weigh!
Over three years, Sophie put on an extra five kilograms. Now I don't know what you think, but I think she looks simply amazing! Her body is a great example of how girls can still look feminine yet strong with muscles! I hope we can all aspire to be like this one day, but remember - Start treating your body like a temple, not a machine.
