It's fun to create and expermient with smoothies, but sometimes you need a super fast recipe ASAP! Here it is! This takes no more than a minute to whip up in the blender and is delicious as a snack to keep you going throughout the day!

- Scoop of greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk or skim milk
